Hyundai is rumored to be working on a new fully-electric pickup truck, and trademark filings out of Australia indicate that it could wear the Ioniq T10 moniker. Considering the '10' in its name, this truck will likely take up a very large footprint, and we expect it to be comparable to the likes of the Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado.

The trademark was filed on December 27, 2023, and it covers everything from "automobiles" and "electric cars" to their corresponding "parts and accessories." While this particular filing was done in Australia, Drive, the publication from down under that took note of Hyundai's filings in the first place, says that the Ioniq T10 won't be limited to Australian markets, and will also be available in places such as North America.

Aside from its name, everything about the T10 is a mystery. Unlike Kia's own upcoming pickup, there have been little to no prototype sightings of this electric truck. However, considering that it's expected to launch sometime around 2025 or 2026, that could soon change.

It would be safe to predict that the Ioniq T10 will share bold styling traits with the rest of Hyundai's electrified lineup, and it could feature a dual-motor setup similar to those found in the rest of the Ioniq models. Cheaper versions could even offer a rear-biased, single-motor configuration.

The T10 isn't the only electric pickup coming down the pipeline from Hyundai, as another trademark filing points to a smaller truck called the Ioniq T7. As the name suggests, this model will slot below the T10 in terms of dimensions, likely leaning more towards today's bite-sized Santa Cruz.

Both models are expected to break cover between 2025 and 2026.
